Can you build an Android version of an iPhone app?
Yes. I built an AI image and video generator with SwiftUI, then built its Android version with Flutter. The approach for your product depends on its current implementation and requirements.
Do you also create the designs?
My company and client app work was fully coded by me from designer-provided designs. If your project also needs design, we should discuss that requirement separately.
